1. Who we are
Mobcliq (mobcliq.com) is operated by Liberty Mobile Ltd, registered in Malta under number C68295, with its address at Tower Business Centre, 2nd Floor, Tower Street, Swatar BKR 4013, Malta. You can reach us at support@mailercare.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By using Mobcliq you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. If you are under 18, use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchase you make.
3. The games
Mobcliq offers free HTML5 games that you play in your browser without a download. The games are made and hosted by third-party providers, such as GamePix and 4J, and are shown on our site in an embedded frame. The providers may show their own advertising and apply their own terms and privacy policies inside the game.
We pick the games carefully but don’t guarantee that any game is available at all times, works on every device, or stays in our catalogue.
4. Your account
You need an account to buy premium access. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@mailercare.com if you think someone else has used it.
5. Premium access and payment
- Premium access unlocks the games marked “Premium” for the period shown on the product page (for example 30 days). The price and period are shown before you pay.
- We accept payment only with Razer Gold, either from your Razer Gold wallet or with a Razer Gold PIN. Razer handles the payment under its own terms.
- A Razer Gold PIN is always redeemed for its full value. If the PIN is worth more than your order total, the difference is not refunded or credited. Check the PIN value before you pay.
- Access starts as soon as Razer Gold confirms the payment and is linked to your account, so it works in every language version of the site.
6. Refunds
Premium access is digital content that is delivered immediately. Once access is granted, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails or is not confirmed by Razer Gold, you are not charged and no access is granted. If you were charged but did not get access, contact us at support@mailercare.com with your order number and we will fix it.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t try to bypass the premium lock, copy or resell game content, interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Liability
The site and games are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for problems caused by third-party games or payment providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes go to the courts of Malta.
