1. Who is responsible for your data
Liberty Mobile Ltd, Tower Business Centre, 2nd Floor, Tower Street, Swatar BKR 4013, Malta, is responsible for the personal data processed on mobcliq.com. Contact: support@mailercare.com.
2. What we collect and why
- Account data (username, first and last name, email, password stored as a hash): to create your account and give you premium access.
- Order data (what you bought, price, date, Razer Gold payment ID and status): to deliver premium access, handle support requests and keep the records the law requires.
- Your IP address: to run the site securely, limit repeated failed PIN attempts, and send to Razer Gold with each payment, because Razer uses it to detect fraud.
- Your cart, stored in cookies while you check out (see our Cookie Policy).
We don’t store your Razer Gold wallet login or your Razer Gold PIN. A PIN you type at checkout goes straight to Razer Gold to be checked and redeemed, and is not saved in our logs or database.
3. Who we share data with
- Razer Gold (Razer Inc. and its affiliates), our payment provider: order reference, amount, your account ID, your IP address and, for PIN payments, the PIN. Razer processes this under its own privacy policy.
- Game providers such as GamePix and 4J: when you open a game, your browser loads it from the provider’s servers. The provider receives your IP address and may use cookies and advertising under its own privacy policy, and may ask for your consent inside the game.
- Google Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Our hosting provider, Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in Finland, EU), which stores the site and its database.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We don’t sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
Account data: until you delete your account. Order data: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs: up to 30 days.
5. Your rights
Liberty Mobile Ltd is established in Malta, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Email support@mailercare.com. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta, or to the data protection authority where you live.
6. Security
The site uses HTTPS. Payment messages to and from Razer Gold are signed and checked, and access to our systems is restricted.
7. Children
Mobcliq is open to all ages, but you must be 18 or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to create an account or pay.
8. Changes
We will update the date at the top when this policy changes.
